We want you to love your new Missoma pieces, but if they aren't quite right, we offer a 60-day return policy for all orders worldwide. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Place the items in their original Missoma pouches and gift boxes, ensuring they are securely packed in the original shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
